The OnePoint Oﬀice application has provided us with a comprehensive ERP
system serving nearly all key areas of our organization including Cost Estimating,
Sales, Warehouse Management, Procurement, Planning & Scheduling,
Manufacturing and Financial Management & Accounting. What diﬀerentiates
OnePoint Systems from other competitors is their niche is in the Envelope
industry. Using that knowledge, they can create customizable solutions to the
base application which provides functionality that is unique to our organization.
Although a comprehensive reporting solution is also provided and serves most
of our needs, the backbone Oracle database provides us with the flexibility to
query and custom analyze data. Finally the support team is very responsive.
They have a “well-oiled” ticket system which keeps track of all issues, requests
and resolutions and the turnaround time on most tickets is minimal.
The people at OnePoint are very responsive and able individuals. Every time
that I email or call I always get a response within a few minutes even if it is just
an acknowledgement of the issue. The sofware itself truly allows for better
management of the envelope making process. Information is more readily
available and the sofware is straight forward to use.
The people at OnePoint have created a solid relationship with Kenmore over the
years. The sofware itself has streamlined our internal processes for success.
