Capture

(The Electronic Timesheet Entry System)

Capture is our core product. This solution is the main framework behind the other additional solutions. Capture makes timesheet data entry a thing of the past and operators can now key in production events as they are taking place.

This solution requires a SQL database (SQL Server). This can be an on-premises implementation or hosted in the cloud using a provider such as Amazon Web Services (AWS).

No additional machine hardware is required. Providing you have a device with a web browser, you can track and analyse.

Hardware Requirements

Capture run on any device capable of running a web browser. Normally we would expect to see a device per machine however it is possible to have a mobile device (i.e. a tablet) and switch between multiple timesheets/machines. 

SQL Server software also need to be installed on a chosen server or PC. We can assist with this process whether it be on-premises or in the cloud. 

API's

Capture has been built with API integrations. The core system can run with or without 3rd party integrations. If your business already has an ERP system we can pull information such as job information, schedule running lists, estimated costs and more direct into our Capture solution. This then brings even more powerful tools with it. As an example, we can extract your running list into Capture so rather than typing in a job, the user can select the job from a drop down; when the job is selected, it can extract information such as planned run speed, customer name and more.

Live Machine Statistics

(Machine Statistics In A Simple Dashboard)

An optional add-on to our core Capture solution, live data tracking uses I/O Logic and OPC technology to track raw machine data and convert it into useful machine information.

Using I/O Logic devices such as the Moxa E1212, our solution provides you with accurate machine information such as run speeds and waste.

Live-Data-Capture

Once the I/O Logic device is installed by a competent electrician and the proximity sensors have been wired into the device, the data is fed to the OPC application. Our solution interacts with and displays the data in a fresh, simple to understand dashboard.

Unlike others, our solutions do not require expensive additional hardware such as digital OEE boards. All our information is accessible via a web browser allowing you to have more flexibility and complete control.

Live-Data-Capture
Features

Upgrading to our live machine statistics solutions you gain the additional benefits of:

  • Additional ‘Live’ overview screen showing actual run speed and run speed percentages.
  • Real time OEE.
  • Accurate waste figures.
Hardware Installation

The physical machine hardware installation must be carried out by your appointed competent electrician. The proximity sensors need to be connected to the new I/O Logic device which will be located with the panel (it is possible to have one I/O Logic device for multiple machines if your factory infrastructure allows this). The I/O Logic device is given an IP address and the OPC application needs to be installed on a chosen server/PC (most likely, the same server/PC as the SQL Server software running Capture).

Pulse

(The Smartphone App)

Pulse is the final piece of the jigsaw. With this optional add-on you see your information any time and any where. 

The solution is very secure and is available on the Google Play store or via the iOS App Store.

Data is pushed from your local server into a secure database on the cloud (controlled by us) and made available to you.

  • Downloadable smart phone app direct from Google Play or iOS App Store.
  • Secure cloud storage managed by us.
  • Factory Overview screens showing all your machines at a glance along with  their current event, run speed and target run speed.
