industry. Using that knowledge, they can create customizable solutions to the base application which provides functionality that is unique to our organization.
Although a comprehensive reporting solution is also provided and serves most of our needs, the backbone Oracle database provides us with the flexibility to
query and custom analyze data. Finally the support team is very responsive. They have a “well-oiled” ticket system which keeps track of all issues, requests
and resolutions and the turnaround time on most tickets is minimal.
