Our training team has experience in many industries and we collaborate our knowledge internally to help give the highest standard of training and support. Most of our staff have come from different backgrounds including office management, financial management, estimating, warehouse managing and shipping management – giving us a variety of commercial experiences.
Implementing a new software system can sometimes be daunting. Most software fails due to poor implementation. We understand this and try to make this step as seamless as possible. We set realistic goals, spend time identifying risks and carry out unlimited online training of your staff to make sure they are comfortable with the system before going live. We create “test” and “training” databases for all our customers so they are able to become familiar with the system throughout the implementation process. We work closely with the project management and IT manager to make sure all pre-live requirements and technicalities are resolved before setting a date for “go live”.
