Welcoming New Customers
We have had the privilege of onboarding several new customers, expanding the OnePoint community, and bringing our tailored software solutions to more organizations. It has been exciting to collaborate with new partners, each with unique goals and challenges.
Progress in Technology Upgrades
1. Report Designer Migration to DevExpress:
To ensure our software remains cutting-edge and robust, we began migrating our report designer to DevExpress. This initiative enhances performance and stability, delivering more seamless experience for our users. This project will continue into 2025, we look forward to sharing this with you later in the year.
2. Source Code Conversion from VB.NET to C#:
Another major undertaking this year has been the conversion of our source code to C#. This upgrade modernizes our technology stack and also opens up new possibilities for future enhancements. Like the DevExpress migration, this project is set to conclude in 2025.
Enhancing Internal Tools
To better serve our customers, we have been enhancing our internal tools to further streamline the support we provide. These improvements have focused on optimizing our workflows, ensuring quicker response times, and enabling our teams to deliver an even greater level of service. These advancements reflect our dedication to meeting and exceeding customer expectations at every opportunity.
The Success of the Badger Project
Our Badger barcoding app has been a standout success in 2024. Designed to streamline production processes and warehouse logistics, Badger utilizes barcode scanning technology to:
- Improve accuracy and efficiency
- Enhance warehouse logistics
- Eliminate manual data entry
Badger has demonstrated its value in saving time, reducing errors, and empowering businesses to focus on what truly matters. Feedback from users has been overwhelmingly positive, and we are thrilled to see the impact it has made.
