

OnePoint OfficeThe OnePoint office application has been tested and refined to provide ‘first time’ operators with as simple as possible a learning curve. Because the system is installed preconfigured to your business’s unique profile there is little to do once installation is complete other than start using it. During installation OnePoint engineers will be on site and once live will lead the system familiarisation process with your department heads. Tutorials are kept short and simple. Staff don’t so much as learn the systems as quickly become familiar with them!
Support is built into the package. OnePoint support staff know our systems inside out. Put a call through and it’ll be answered by someone with direct ‘client side’ experience of our systems. In addition to direct person to person support our e-mail help desk is highly rated by users.
